At Skeena Tutoring, we are proud to be a local tutoring service founded by recent CHSS alumni named Ansh Chugh. In his high school experience, Ansh noticed many of his peers stressed and struggling to find a balance in their crammed schedules. This inspired him to assist them in reaching their goals and show them that with the proper help, they can achieve whatever they desire.
Who understands a student’s unique challenges and aspirations more than another student? The answer is no one. As students ourselves, our tutors are intimately familiar with the educational landscape of our area. We know firsthand the areas where students often struggle and the subjects that require additional attention.
Our commitment to our students goes beyond simply teaching subjects; we strive to build meaningful connections and friendships. We firmly believe that every student is capable of achieving greatness when given the proper guidance and support. That’s why we take the time to get to know each student individually, to understand their strengths, weaknesses, and personal goals. And what better way is there to make friendships other than having a student as your tutor.
At Skeena Tutoring, we offer a wide range of tutoring services, covering subjects from mathematics and science to language arts and even preparing for college applications. Our student tutors are not only highly qualified and experienced but are also adept at adapting their teaching styles to suit each student’s learning preferences. We create a safe and inclusive space where students feel comfortable asking questions, exploring concepts, and gaining confidence in their abilities.
Join us on this educational journey as we work together to empower minds and enrich our community. Contact us today to learn more about our tutoring programs and how we can support your child’s educational journey. Together, let’s create a brighter future, one student at a time.

Meet your tutor, Ansh Chugh
Ansh is a recent alumni of Charles Hays Secondary School who specializes in teaching high school math and science. Throughout high school, he noticed many of his peers stressed, often struggling to achieve the grade they desired while keeping up with their busy extracurricular schedules. This inspired him to want to help others and show them that even with their long and crammed days, they can still achieve the excellence they strive for.
Ansh began assisting his peers as much as possible inside the classroom, and even online out of class. After some time, he realized that teaching others is something that comes to him naturally, and he finds satisfaction and joy in doing so.
